No. Estimates are free and always in writing. We come out, look at the actual condition of the surfaces, and give you a fixed price with the scope spelled out. What we quote is what you pay, with no surprises at the end. If you prefer, we can also work by the hour, with the rate agreed up front.
It depends on the season. Spring and early fall are the busiest windows for exterior work on the East End, so those book out furthest ahead. Interior work and repairs can usually be scheduled much sooner. Call (631) 377-8630 and we will tell you honestly what the current lead time is.

Yes, and a large part of our work is exactly that. We can work while the house is empty between seasons, coordinate with property managers, and schedule around rental turnovers. You do not need to be on the property for us to work, as long as we have access.
